Help complete my build!

So i have these so far;
-Intel Core i7-4790K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor
-Asus Maximus VI Impact Mini ITX LGA1150 Motherboard
-G.Skill Trident X 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
-and a Gtx 780ti.
-Using the Bitfenix prodigy with BitFenix Spectre Pro LED 156.3 CFM 230mm Fan, BitFenix 86.7 CFM 140mm Fan
-already have a heatsink but its rather noisy so might get the Noctua NH-D14

So just need help with a PSU, partpicker suggests 450w but i just want to be sure and i would prefer a good quality one. was looking at SeaSonic SSR-550RM but for £110 it seems expensive compared to something like Corsair RM650 for £80 so this is where i need your guys help!

other suggestions are welcome! :)

I have no problem overprovisioning a PSU a bit. Say 20%.
It will run cooler, quieter, and more efficiently in the middle third of it's range.
A PSU will only use the wattage demanded of it, regardless of it's max capability.

You will not recover the price premium of gold or platinum through electricity savings.
The main benefit of high efficiency is quiet; the fans will not need to turn on much.
That savings can be also had with a stronger psu that is operating in the most efficient middle third of it's range.

Whatever you do, buy only quality.
Seasonic, xfx, antec are good...

so you don't think its worth paying a little extra for a more efficient psu ?

personally I would go for the gold rated you want to have a good PSU and look at it this way a PSU is a pain to change so if you get a good one now your going to be good to go for a long time with no need of having to go through a complicated process.

The rating doens't matter much. It is just the efficiency for converting AC to DC. Bronze is already good enough really. The quality of the unit inside matter the most. XFX uses Seasonic OEM which is one of the leading PSU manufacturers.
An example is Corsair CS series. They are gold rated but yet they only offer a 3 year warranty and is known that their quality is mediocre.
