Can answer Please ,
I have I3-3220 & Asus 61m-k Mobo & Amd 4 gb 1600 mhz 11-11-11-28 & windows\Ubuntu 64 bit

Now , i want add one more 4 gb 1600 mhz , but i cant find the same brand , and what is mean 11-11-11-28 , what i most know about it ?

While you can wring the best performance out of memory by using pairs matched by the manufacturer, you can do what you are trying to do and will probably get a good increase in performance because you will be going from single-channel to dual-channel memory. Both channels run at the same time, if you take care to put the memory in the right slots (see the manual for memory placement).

11-11-11-28 refers to the "memory timings." These are delays in memory cycles for certain operations to take place. In theory, lower numbers will give you better memory performance. If you put in two sticks with mismatched timings, the motherboard should choose the "loosest" timings, the larger numbers. For more details than you care about, see...
