Just about to build my rig with parts/case I got from both the American and UK Amazon.
Will they be compatible with one another?

The only thing I think I'll need is a US to UK adapter for the PSU.

Thanks in advance! :)

Here's the rig..
(I think it should all work fine.)
Motherboard: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00K872GHU/ref=gno_c...
CPU: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00KPRWAX8/ref=ox_sc_a...
GPU: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00K699CRW/ref=ox_sc_a...
Ram: 16gb ddr3 ( I'm 85% sure it's ddr3)
Hardrive: 1TB HDD / 120gb samsung 840 EVO SSD
OS: windows 7
PSU: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0045L4BJ6/ref=gno_car...
Case: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B007C008L2/ref=gno_cart_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE

Hi

Buy a PSU in UK as it will be guaranteed to be 230V or auto switchable 115V to 230V

It will also come with a cable with a UK 13A BS-1363 plug

TV Tuners may just be non compatible or lack drivers for UK and EU TV

almost every thing else used for building PC's are international

Remember the distance selling regulations giving 14 days to change your mind about a purchase only apply in Europe.
Postage from USA is a lot more expensive than from UK and UK customs can demand VAT & duty on the imports unless of low value.

PSU should work in the UK but as mentioned, it is the safest option. However i think you might want to adjust your list for something better if you haven't already bought them.

Better PSU? Is that one not good?
I've just gone over my budget so a more expensive one is kind of out of the option.

I meant the motherboard and possibly the ram. 16GB sounds overkill for normal usage/gaming.
PSU wattage is overkill but the brand and model is decent so you might as well keep it.

I record and edit videos tho so I'm hoping this'll do me for the next while..
Hoping to get 60fps while recording gameplay for Youtube (for when they update their video player to play 60fps in a few months :) )

Why can't I overclcok? :\ That's the exact reason I got the Z97 board over the H97

It's a low end Z97 , you can but i would have chosen a better Z97 for overlocking like ASUS Z97-A

What would be the difference between a low end z97 and a high end?
Could it damage my i7 if I overclock it?
