Difference between this two graphics card?

The main difference between all GTX 750 ti 2GB -es , is the different cooling system used. Some companies provide quieter ones, while some provide ones that will bring temps. even lower. There are many reviews on the different companies' coolers, but your environment is also a factor in the temps. and noise you receive.
Some manufacturers also overclock their cards, but it's no different from you doing it for free.
