Bootable flash drive with both 32bit and 64bit Windows 7?

Anyone know and could explain to me why configuring a flash drive with a Windows 7 AIO version that contain both x32 and x64 does not work? Or if its possible put any link here for a how to do it.

I used the software Rufus to set my bootable thumb drive

I'm sure that you solved your problem until now, but for other people that might wonder this is how i did it and also with an AIO version of Win7:
