Is this pc build good for recording and editing

Thats a great pc but I'd go with the i7 4790k and the ASUS Maximus VII Hero. The ASUS Maximus VII Hero is chipset Z97 so it will support next generation intel processors. Also, the 4790K has a higher clock speed than the 4770k and is about the same price.
