Im looking for speakers with clear and crisp sound with good enough bass. 5.1 would be nice but im not sure if i could find room for 5 speakers, unless i place them next to each other. With 2.1 setup I wouldnt have any problems whatsover. I play games but mostly on my headset, watch movies (blurays and dvds), and listen to music alot (rock/metal).
