I did a clean install of Windows 7 home on my PC.
Afterwards, My graphics card is not being recognized by my PC.

I am using a AMD Radeon HD 7900 series GPU.

I'm also using this mobo:
http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4642#ov

After installing Windows 7, I could not use the modem, but I downloaded the driver for it beforehand & it worked.
The device manager showed everything fine with no need to update the drivers for anything else.
But in the device manager, under Display Adapters, just shows "Standard VGA Graphics Adapter" & not my GPU.

What do I need to do?
Do I need to download the drivers for my GPU or do I have to execute some of the extra setup.exe drivers for my Mobo to get my Graphics card to show up?

I am clueless on how to get the GPU to work.

Yeah, I am getting full screen resolution (the default was 800x400p, but I changed it to 1080p.
I installed my GPU driver (over 1Gb file) & got a catalyst install manager.
I selected express install & it finished.
It still is showing up as the generic VGA display adapter in device manager after install it.

In Control Panel & Performance Information & tools, under both Graphics & Gaming Graphics, it rates it as 1.0 out of a max of 7.9. The lowest score I can get!

This definitely isn't right!
