Do I have enough power to run my new system?

I have a new computer and it shuts down and restarts whe I have 3 of my drive installed. I think it could be power issues. Seeing how I have an 8 Core cpu, water cooler,Gaming card, 12gb ram and 4 hard drives.

AMd 8650 8 Core CPU
Corsair H100 Water cooler
16 GB Corsair 1600MHZ Ram
240 GB SSD
3 1TB sata Drives
Radion R7 260x Video card
Gigabyte Motherboard
750Watt Corsair PSU

750W is more than enough for your system. There must be something else causing the problem. What are your load CPU/GPU temps? It's possible the cooler isn't installed correctly and the system is overheating. 12GB is a strange amount of RAM. What is the RAM configuration and the model numbers for all of the RAM?

The Ram is 2 sticks of crucial pc3 12800h (800mhz) 4096 MB and 2 sticks of OCZ pc3 1070h (667MHZ).
Temp is steady at 71 f cpu and the system is 102 f. The cpu is 4100MHZ 8 core amd.
