Is this a good Graphics Card for a HP DC7800?

I need a new graphics card for a HP DC7800, and was wondering if this was good:

My intention is to play games, and I could get a different card, so I don't need suggestions, I would prefer to just know if I could use this. Sorry if I sound rude; thanks for any help.

It's not good for playing games. It's very, very low-end as well as outdated.
It would work fine for non-gaming usage though.

Your PC only has a 240w PSU and probably a poor one at that. I doubt it will be able to power any GPU.
