What monitor? Confused

First of all.. have a Acer AL1717(17").. Which is quite bad for gaming(Not hardcore gamer, just with a GTX 650Ti for Battlefield 3 ~ 60fps)

So decided to come here after having read so many reviews of monitors...
I want a 23-24" monitor with good enough speakers.
I'll be using it for gaming,movies,general use,etc.

I live in the UAE. So I check in this site ~~ www.gear-up.me

I have a GIGABYTE GTX 650Ti 2GB OC.
