Every time I do shutdown, restart, or hibernate computer screen comes back black

If I put my computer in stand-by, restart it, or shut it down it returns to a black screen. I then I have to do a hard shut to get it to come back. Does it everytime.

try change video driver version, you may have to go back to an older version to get the issue to go away. sounds like driver is not reutilizing the video card right from low power state. you can also try doing a clean install of newest version by uninstalling driver. run a driver cleaning program, then reinstall driver
