I want to build a gaming pc, but I have a fairly small budget of $500. I NEED the parts to be from Canadian websites. I would like it to be an AMD build. I have my eye on this case, http://www.ncix.com/detail/zalman-ms800-plus-atx-mid-10-88264-1297.htm and right now it has a $20 mail in rebate. I will consider other cases as this one is pretty expensive. I want one with a window at the side.
*I do NOT need peripherals, or an Operating System*
Thank you!

Solution
Not a lot of video horsepower, but it can do low-medium in most things. Since you went with a rather expensive windowed case I tried to color match. (If you don't care about color, can probably drop 30 or so dollars off the total, or get a slightly faster video card in there.

Of course, getting a different case would improve the hardware quite a bit.

You can game on the APU's IGP until you can buy a GPU.
