So my computer got a virus and I got rid of it using my antivirus but the damage is still there, it's disabled my internet audio and options to reset/refresh my pc, I've tried everything I can think off. I can't use another windows machine to get driver files and I don't have since the internet doesn't work I can't download something to fix it. I've given up on fixing the internet so I want to find a way to force reset the computer, no it's not a custom it's a prebuilt so I don't have a copy of windows to use the repair disk, so if there is something I can do to force reset it like in command prompt or something like that to make it work that would be great (I'm typing this on my phone by the way) so any help would be great
