Well I am planing to install my windows through my USB as I have always done before, I got in to the BIOS and picked my USB as #1 boot up priority, and as I save and quit the PC restarts and starts up my windows and not though the USB that should launch the Windows 7 installation.

My mother board is: P8 H61-MLX R2.0 Asus.

Sorry for my poor English and thank you for your time.

Make sure the USB is connected to the motherboard directly and not the case USB ports.
