Yes I've played dead space also, sorry I didn't list all these games, I've played:
Penumbra Black Plague
Penumbra overture
The Last Of Us
Paranormal
Among The Sleep
Dead Rising
Cry Of Fear
Alan Wake
Amnesia
Bioshock
Condemned: Criminal Origins
F.E.A.R.
Metro 2033
Metro Last Light
State Of Decay
Killing Floor
The Forest
Nightmare House 2
Outlast
Outlast:Whistle Blower

That rules out a lot... Hmm. I suspect most people don't even know that many survival horror games.

If you haven't played Condemned 2, I quite liked it. It was only actually scary in a couple parts though... Most of it played kind of like a shooter. I found it roughly as "scary" as Dead Space (meaning, not very, just a bit creepy).

Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth is an alright game. It's more frustrating than scary though, in some parts. And many segments of the game don't seem like they're even trying to be creepy. Also, you need a community patch to get it working right on Windows 7/8. It is a solid game though, there are some nice horror elements, it's based around good source material (the Cthulhu mythos) and there are some pretty good chase sequences. All of the game is relatively entertaining. It has enough flaws that I can't recommend it, but I can't rule it out either. Maybe you want to Google it. If you're not sure what the Cthulhu mythos is, this image summarizes it pretty well.

Resident Evil 4 recently got an HD re-release on Steam. Maybe you want to re-play that one.

I don't know any others that you haven't already listed.

Not sure if I have played Condemned 2, I'll take a look at it, RE4 was pretty good, the remake looks fantastic, might play it again. Though I still want something actually scary, unless there really isn't that much? P.T. was very scary, you had full control over your character too. I'm basically trying to look for games like that. oh and you guys can list PS2 games too :)

It looks like you've got the horror genre pretty well covered lol. You could try Daylight. It's pretty scary at times and at other times not so bad. I won't explain for fear of ruining the experience for you. Also, you could try and get your hands on an Oculus Rift and replaying those games. I don't know how you're going to get one but you could try. There's a guy on YouTube called Pewdiepie, you might have heard of him. You should check out some of the horror games he's played, he might suggest something you haven't tried yet. Make sure to watch some gameplay of him using an oculus rift on horror games like Slender, his reactions are hilarious! I'd get freaked out too if I played the games he does with an Oculus.

There aren't many scary games. I'm not sure if we're all too jaded and skilled by now, or if developers just don't see enough money in it to make games horrifying. Let's face it, if it's even possible within the confines of the engine, a decent gamer will pwn any supernatural abomination that comes their way. It's hard to be scared knowing you can outmaneuver and systematically destroy any AI the game pits you against.

There's a Japanese horror series called Siren that I heard was pretty scary, according to the articles I've read lol. There are three Siren games I believe. The first one may be for PS2, I can't remember.

The first Siren is for PS2, I've played it, but I got bored quickly though, unless further in the story is when it gets interesting?
