i wanna upgrade from my hyper 212. but i can't decide on what to choose, clc or a custom loop.

this is my first choice: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835106219
or
the custom loop kit: http://www.xoxide.com/xspc-raystorm-750-ex120-watercooling-kit.html
is the extra 55$ USD worth it?
i know the thermaltake won't be as good as the ex120.
i don't mind the extra time and labor of putting things together, i just don't wanna spend the extra money and get the same performance.
i can only use a 120mm radiator.
really the only thing i would be adding to the custom loop with be a waterblock for the northbridge
and maybe if i can find one for the mobo VRM.
if ya'll have any questions just ask.

Performance-wise, I wouldn't expect you to see a lot of difference unless you are going to heavily overclock, in which the XSPC kit would be a little better performing.

Why can you only use a 120mm radiator? What are your expectations of cooling with either of these solutions vs. your current 212?

reason i can only use a single 120mm is because it's the only spot in my case i can utilize a radiator,
my expectations are to get a better temps and a higher overclock, my room is unbelievably hot. my 212 gets decent temps, but i want better. im currently getting around 55c with a 4.1mhz oc.
my cpu is a fx-8320
