Hi everyone,
just got my new display was checking it and in accordance with http://www.lagom.nl/lcd-test/black.php I can't see square 1... square 2 is very close to the black background but still can be differentiated, al the other squares are completely visible ... is this classified as black crush or is it decent enough, I use the monitor for playing games
Thank you for your honest opinions

This just means you need to adjust your contrast and brightness levels. Out of the box, they may not be exactly the way you want it. There are programs that can go through all the different tests they have on that page, and help you adjust everything to be as close to accurate as possible.

Apparently Windows has a calibration tool built in. Just go to the run box (bottom of the start menu in Win 7), and type calibrate.
