FX-8350 or FX-9370

I can get an FX-9370 with included watercooler for about 70 more than an FX-8350, Which would be better for my money? Im building an all AMD machine so im not even looking at intel.

wow nice, stable? i cant get my 8320 past 4.2 with my 212 EVO...lol and i have an "overclocking" badge :p
the 6300 took to OC's much nicer.

Yeah I'm pretty certain I lost the silicon lottery but it runs at 1.275 v at stock which is pretty good. I keep voltage at stock an run at 4 GHz currently. I think my motherboard might be to blame too. Asus m5a99fx socket and vrms heat up more than I'd like ...my mistake thinking 6 power phases would be enough lol
