Hello :)

I am building my first custom made PC, and i have a few questions.
I want a GeForce GTX 760 as my graphics card, but there are too many options.
Maybe you guys can help me narrow my choices down a bit.
The budget doesn't really matter but if i had to choose it would be around the 200 - 300 dollar mark.

Here are some of my planned specs (not complete yet):
Motherboard: MSI H97 gaming 3
CPU: Intel Core i5-4590 3.3 GHz 1150
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LP 8B 1866 MHz CL9
Video card: ???
Storage: 2x Western Digital Blue, 1TB, 3.5”
Power Supply: Maybe you can help me with the power supply as well?

take any of these news with a grain of salt. the issue with nvidia maxwell been teething issues trying to get to a smaller gpu die from the fondry. for power supplys the evga 750b power supply for the money is not a bad unit. the cosair non cx units not bad.if you can get a seasonic unit or one of the rebraded units there good unit.

ASUS http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121775&cm_re=asus_gtx760-_-14-121-775-_-Product

EVGA http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130932&cm_re=evga_gtx_760-_-14-130-932-_-Product

Both cards are ~240, though I personally prefer EVGA (best nVidia board maker IMO) and doesnt require a mail in rebate. Cant go wrong with either though. As an added bonus, both should land you a free copy of Witcher 3!

I've never gone over 68c With my EVGA SC ACX Cooling 760. If it does go hot, its because the thermal paste was applied badly. EVGA is the best of the best because of their quality cards and customer support. Go with EVGA. Trust me.
