Motherboard pwm control question

I have a Pegatron 2a86 motherboard. I am wondering if I can control fans through it with pwm?

I don't know if it has any four pin connectors. When using SpeedFan, it shows Pwm 1, Pwm 2, and Pwm3, if that helps. I haven't been able to find much information about this MB or SpeedFan.

Any help is appreciated.

If so, the only four pin fan connector is the CPU fan. Any other fans you wish to control will need a fan controller.
