Hello everyone.

i still dont have a operating system.
( i cant install one because it doesnt boot the bootable ub )

MOBO: GIGABYTE F2A58M-DS2 (NEW)
PROCESSOR: AMD APU RICHLAND A6-6400K (NEW)
RAM: 4GB (NEW)
HDD: WD 1600AAJS (OLD)

but when i plug in my old mobo, proci, and ram it boots up ...
my hdd is working fine

do you think guys its in the bios that has problems? or what?

ill Appreciate the help! :))

Solution
THE BSOD you received is an inability to read the boot sector of the hard drive. Three possible causes of this - first is a boot sector virus, second would be bad partition information and third would be a bad hard drive.

In the first and second cases, if you wipe the partitions from the hard drive, Windows should install. If the hard drive is bad, you won't be able to install it on the drive.

Depending on the OS it may not support booting from USB 3.0 - May not posses the drivers. Or it could be that your mobo may need to flashed to support it. It could also be the USB stick itself and not support it. Try booting from a USB 2 first.
