Will my 550w UK PSU power cable work on this 750w US PSU?

I have a 550w PSU from the UK and I'm upgrading to this.. http://www.amazon.com/dp/B0045L4BJ6/ref=pe_385040_30332200_TE_item_image

Can I use the power cable from the UK one?
I was going to buy an adapter but not if I can just use my old one.

Yes you can, it accepts any input voltage and the plug on the PSU side is always the same, it will work just fine.
