My mouse worked fine until a few days ago. It just stopped working. I have tried several mice, restarted my computer, etc., but none work. When I plug into the port, it recognizes the device, but nothing happens. I can't really try much of anything since I don't have a mouse to navigate with. Help!

it sounds like you have either blown the 5v usb power fuse or tripped the breaker for it. You can try powering your computer off and unplugging it for a few minutes. This will reset a breaker but do nothing for a fuse unfortunately.
