Which gpu and cpu should i buy?

Hello people, first of all i think this is one of the hardest decissions you can take.
I want a good video card that allows me to play any game on ultra or at least on high settings but for a good price

Now talking about the cpu, which one do you recommend i want a cpu for normal-heavy gaming and video editing with sony vegas pro 13 with all those effects and that kind of stuff but as i said, for a good price.

Well with good price i mean a $200 gpu and talking about cpu i mean a $150 to $250 cpu

yes it seems to be ok but asus r9 280x dc2 top version is best in 280x series in my opinion
