How would this PC work for a mid level PC, wanting to use in my livingroom on 47" TV

Should be fine. Keep in mind that you'll also need a wireless KB and mouse. Btw, since you're using a discrete card, you can save some money and get the Athlon X4 760 instead. Same basic CPU w/o the on-die GPU. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?gclid=CJeeyo...

Awesome, thank you...I went with that processor and also added on the Hyper212 Evo, just incase I want to do any overclocking.

Good choice on the cooler. The Rosewill case should be wide enough at 8.35" to accommodate the big 212 EVO. You may have to slide the cooler's fan up a tad to clear the tall-ish heat sinks on the RAM, however. But that's doable.

Good to know..any other cases around that price that would fit it a little bit easier..on a budget ha.

The case is fine. It's the tall-ish heat sinks on the RAM that MAY offer a problem. The 212 EVO sits kinda low and close to the MB.
