The choices for the wireless cards are as shown below.

I wanted to get a brief idea what's the difference between the three.

1) Intel Single Band Wireless 7260BN with Bluetooth 4.0
2) ThinkPad Wireless 2 x 2 BGN with Bluetooth
3) Intel Dual Band Wireless 7260AC with Bluetooth 4.0

Can anyone please point out the differences between the three and point out the best option among them.

I have a wireless N modem/router set up and I also use 4G dongles, so which one of the three is the best choice.

You definition of "best" has to be qualified. If you mean performance then they will likely all perform exactly the same because your router is the limiting factor. Just because you buy a nic that has 802.11ac support does not mean you can use any of those features if your router does not also support it. The card will just drop back to the slower protocols that your routers also supports and ignore all the new stuff.

This is always the hard issue that only you can decide. How long will it be before you upgrade your router to support these new protocols and even after that how long will you still be using this laptop you are upgrading. If you buy a new laptop before or very soon after you upgrade the router then spending extra money now is a waste. It mostly comes down to how much money you have to spend today and if it matters to you if you do not get the optimum value for your money.

Still even if you were to have the best 802.11ac router and best 802.11ac card and all your content is coming from the internet it won't matter at all. Unless you live in one of those rare areas you can get gig internet you are going to be limited by the ISP way before any difference in wireless is going to matter.
