Hello everyone, i'm on a low budget build and I want to get the gtx 750 ti 2gb ddr5
http://www.canadacomputers.com/product_info.php?cPath=4...

Heres my problem will it work with a 300w psu? Also I will upgrade my cpu in the future does a cpu have affect on how much wattage? Will I be fine with a 150 dollar cpu and the gtx 750 ti with a 300 watt psu? Thanks so much for answering.

You're going to have to link me the rest of your build. That card by itself only pulls 60-70w of power, it's heavily dependent on what CPU etc you have

The card uses a 6 pin power connector so I would assume its using more than the 75w the pcie bus can provide.

If you have some generic/no-name brand power supply then I would not chance it.

Nice find Scout_03.

You're going to want to run a *Minimum* 350w. I would recommend going even higher to a 400-450w PSU to leave room for any future upgrades and/or overclocking. Especially if you're using some No-name PSU brand.
