Is Windows 7 64-bit plagued with crashes, or is it just my system?

I got random PC restarts before i changed my graphics card and after, and before and after i changed from HDD to SSD. Is it just me, or does everyone have this problem?

Rig:
AMD FX-8320 (overclocked)
Mobo GA-990FXA-UD3
RAM AMD 1866mhz 2x8gb
Corsair CX500M power supply 500watts
Samsung 840 EVO 250gb SSD
Gigabyte R9 270X 4gb gpu
Corsair h100 cooler
Corsair 500R carbide series.

Now, after typing out overclocked, I realized most people will point to this as the problem. Could it be anything else?

I did a clean install with my SSD. The CPU temp has been stable the past few times i have checked it.

And I don't know if they are blue screens. I just have LoL and Mozilla running, i leave the computer, and when I come back those applications are closed and i see a notification saying windows recovered from an unexpected shutdown.

What info do you need? I have run many tests with CPU temp and i think temp is not a problem. It is overclocked at 4ghz and the idle temp from HW Monitor just now is about 15 degrees C, and for some reason the idle temp maxed at like 25 deg C though.

I heard the AMD FX chips have bad temp spikes, and liquid cooling doesnt handle it well.

You really think the cpu is running at 15C? Cooler than the room you're sitting in? Do you have refrigerated cooling on it?

The CPU idle temp should be 25-35C and gaming 40-55C. Your bios is always correct. Use it. You should have UEFI software that came with the motherboard. Use that.

Download HWInfo and run Sensors. Post the results - usually 3 screenshots in TinyPic or similar.

Like I said before, how about some blue screen logs? Use this application: http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html

How do I find that program? I looked at the Uninstall a Program list, and CA Security Suite is not listed on there.

I do have a program called Total Defense Security Suite though... is that the same thing?
