i have maybe around quarter of an inch maybe a hair or two more between my sound card and my graphics card fan and was wondering what the max safe temp of the card is. idle before and after sound card was put in with same setup it went from 27-30c to 33c and with games like sc2 arcade mode i was around 40c - 50c(very rarely) now i believe i may get around 45-65c (i have not tried). the reason i have the sound card next to the gpu like that is because my onboard does not work and my only slot for this sound card happens to be right where the 2 slot gpu ends. i do plan to solve this issue when i gather some money but for now i need this sound card in that slot. so what do you guys think?

Do you have Afterburner installed? Check out your Temp Limit. It should be about 80-82c. This is the factory preset target temperature at which your card will reduce its Turbo Boost clocks and increase fan speeds to maintain. So 65c is beautiful and a full 15c lower than the card's normal target temperature. Maxwell cards use little power and run cool, so your setup is fine just the way it is. Its doing very well in fact.

is yours the SC version? 2GB? i have EVGA gtx 750ti sc 2GB i havent touched the clocks or anything running as i bought it i did a furmark stress test on it for 15 minutes the temp was 66 to 67c and back to 66c again never went higher than 67c so i guess it peaked right there the furmark was still running fine no obvious signs of it struggling to run, when playing GTA 5 on high 2x msaa the temp is only 57c so i guess the fumark was pushing it abit more than gaming nothing bad happened though

i too want to know what the temps are? why dont nvidia list the temp limits in their specs at least then we would have an idea where the safe zone is its crazy that i cant just google "evga gtx 750 ti sc 2GB temps" and instantly get a straight to the point answer, i saw this thread and thought ohhh great theres the info i need but NOPE you guys are talking about Over clocking and i am unsure which 750TI your talking about. other threads on google talk about other versions that i dont have yours seems to be the closest

why cant it be: example
(Stock settings)
min temp: 28c
MAX temp: 67c (not sure what it is but thats the temps i experience)

this is all the info im looking for...
