GTX 870 or GTX 670?

So i own the MSI GTX 670 OC..in a couple of months the *&) will be released and its a massive improvement over the 670. My question is should i stick to the 670 or upgrade it to the 870?
My specs:
Gigabyte 970ADS3
XFX Pro650W
MSI GTX 670 OC
4gb*2 DDR3 1333mhz
AMD FX 6300 @ 3.5ghz
1Tb WD Green

Nope, it works just fine for most of the games(except for crysis 3). I achieve about an average of 50 FPS in most games(Watch_dogs, Hitman Absolution, Max Payne 3, Tomb Raider, GTA 4, etc) and 60(+) the rest(Crysis 2, Skyrim, Battlefield 4, Call of duty Ghosts, etc). So is it worth the upgrade to the 870 or should i save & go for an i5?

That's a bad argument. Even stock i5 would give you ~30% higher FPS with the same GPU. 0 point to upgrade a GPU that your CPU is already bottlenecking.

All CPUs in MP3 1080p with HD7970
Same with OC'ed CPUs

Heheh, you say the FX-6300 isn't bottlenecking you, yet I get better performance than you in Tomb Raider on ultra, and I only have a GTX 750 Ti. That FX-6300 is bottlenecking your GTX 670 heavily, no doubt.
