Hi. My dad wants me to build him a computer. His budget is $400. He doesnt need a monitor, keyboard, mouse, or OS. Just the hardware. He does NOT want to play games. Just to do simple stuff. Like, surfing the web, skype, movies. He wants a powerful machine that will last him as long as possible. So, can you guys help me out? I will be forever grateful Thank you :)
