Ok so my GPU, which is a
'MSI Radeon HD R7970 Twin Frozr OC Boost' is not being recognized by my PC & it seems by default it is sets the GPU to a generic "Standard VGA Graphics Adapter".

I downloaded the drivers from the the official site, but it doesn't seem to be doing anything.

I found a solution to this problem here:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=75WxeDb_hWo

I'm supposed to identify my driver at http://www.driveridentifier.com/ by using using my Hardware ID codes:

PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_6798&SUBSYS_27741462&REV_00
PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_6798&SUBSYS_27741462
PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_6798&CC_030000
PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_6798&CC_0300

Problem is, I can not find those codes at the website nor can I find the link to the Radeon HD R7970 download page at driveridentifier.

Driver Indentifier has a app I installed, but that just found drivers for the generic "Standard VGA Graphics Adapter".
I searched their website, but there is no specific version of my GPU, but there are variations of Radeon 7979's, but I don't know which to choose.
