They will work but unfortunately this build is completely unbalanced , can you give us your budget and the purpose of the PC and we'll try and build you the best thing available :)

The store , Microcenter is a store where you can get things a lot cheaper so you can go onto their website and check if there are any stores besides you and then report back to me again.

Alright that will cost you 502 Dollars , You'll only Pickup the Processor from Microcenter for 107 Bucks with Tax
The rest of the parts will be purchased from the listed stores
PCPartPicker part list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/YPj7sY
Price breakdown by merchant: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/YPj7sY/by_merchant/

CPU: Intel Core i3-4160 3.6GHz Dual-Core Processor ($127.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-B85M-DS3H Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($66.99 @ Amazon)
Memory: Avexir Core series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-2133 Memory ($75.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($52.92 @ Amazon)
Video Card: PNY GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB Enthusiast Edition Video Card ($129.99 @ Amazon)
Case: Cougar Spike MicroATX Mini Tower Case ($29.99 @ Mwave)
Power Supply: Corsair Builder 430W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($39.99 @ Amazon)
Total: $523.85

This is the absolute Bang for your buck , if you feel like you can't pay that much then I can make it lower but there will be some cuts
