$1300 Dollar Gaming PC

Solution
The 750 wont have any difference from the 850 (If they are the same brand), But if you want to sli/crossfire later you will need an 850w+ Power supply. There really isnt much difference between the two motherboards, unless you are a hardcore overclocker. Unless you get a lemon, your motherboard will likely outlast your cpu anyways.

Hi, That build is pretty good, But of you are just gaming you dont need 16gb of ram. And dont get a corsair cx PSU. They are fairly low quality and have had many people who have had problems with them. here is a build I had saved for around the same price, But it has 8gb of ram instead of 16gb and a better video card/PSU. (R9 290 = GTX 780).

Hi
That build looks awesome!
I think you have made the right choice for the GPU and CPU and pretty much all of the other parts,
You don't have to spend that much on a flash Motherboard though, the Gigabyte Z97X mentioned above would be a much cheaper alternative

However the power supply could be improved, that particular CX line from Corsair doesn't have great reviews.
I would recommend a Seasonic OEM made psu, such as this one:
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/seasonic-power-supply-s12g750

The psu mentioned above features much more stable power delivery, is much more reliable and is 80+ Gold efficiency instead of 80+ Bronze.

Thanks for the advice gents! I went back and checked out the recommendations on the power supplies and you were right! I went with the XFX Pro Series. Would the 750W be that much of a difference from the 850? And Secondly I keep seeing people recommend that Gigabyte Z97 Board. Is the difference between that and the Asus Maximus really that small? I don't mind spending 100 more bucks on a mobo that A. has good reviews and B. Will Last :)
