Are these temps okay for my gigabyte 78lmt-usb3 motherboard?

Solution
Your temps are okay but they seem high, did you overclock?

I have done testing on this board.

TMPIN0 is the motherboard sensor located above the ITE chip, lower left corner of board. It measures a combination of ambient air and motherboard circuit temperature. Your max temp of 49c indicates you have low air flow moving through the case, or you live in a hot climate.

TMPIN1 is not important. (I believe it's an intermediate step in CPU temp calculation and not meant to be registered for reading.)

TMPIN2 is CPU package plus a constant 15c offset. This is to give illusion of normal temperatures since the CPU package temp is not accurate below 40c.

CPU Package is the AMD cpu calculated thermal margin, shown as normal temperature...

CPU Package is the AMD cpu calculated thermal margin, shown as normal temperature reading. It is accurate and reliable under load and above 40c. You want this at or below 55c for long term use. Spikes to 60c is okay but not for long periods. Technically the chip is safe up to 70c.

Ok, so they are fine? I ordered some more case fans since I only had one so I hope that helps.

Technically everything is within max operating temperatures but it's all right on the edge of going over the limit.

If you look at your harddrive, it reached 59c which is really hot for a harddrive. The max for most is 60c.

Your idle temps look okay but whatever you are doing is really getting things hot under use. The temps make sense if you are overclocking though. Except for the harddrive, the harddrive should not get that hot. It probably means you have bad air flow in the case.

Ok thanks. So what should I do about the airflow besides the fans I am getting in a few days?

Thanks!

You can leave the side of your case open and use a small house fan to blow air towards the open side of the case. The fan can be a foot or two away from the computer. If you don't have a small fan, you can try to just leave the side of the case open and see if it helps or makes it worse.

Do you think that when the fans come in, it will help?

Tried cleaning up my cables but they arent real messy as it is. Thanks for the help!

Okay one more question, sorry just got to ask them, is it still within safe temps? i know that even then I still got to be careful and what not and I am ordering 2 case fans but all being consifered, is it still technically safe?

The numbers are technically safe. A little worried about the harddrive temp though. It reached one degree away from max temp. If you have any valuable/important information make sure you have safe copies on different storage. But you will probably be okay.

I don't know for sure if the new fans will help. Did leaving the case open help any? If it did help then new fans will also help.

I have not been able to try the open case thing since I share a small room with my brothers and dont want to risk it. Thanks for your help and lets hope these fans do their job!
