I was looking at reviews for this motherboard:
Gigabyte GA-F2A88XM-HD3 Motherboard (Socket FM2+, A88X, DDR3, S-ATA 600, M-ATX, PCI Express 3.0, USB 3.0)
And they were pretty awful and kind of off-putting. I'm not sure if he was just being an over exaggerator to how bad it was, but I'm not sure wherever to get this now.
Does anyone know if this is any good for a starter PC?
If not, are there any other motherboards that can fit an Athlon X4 760K?

Here is a decent board for the FM2+ socket. I know a co worker who has this board and has no complaints:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

It is however full ATX size, if your case will only support mATX then I suggest this:

though if you can fit the ATX board, I would go with that as I feel its much better, lots of options with that board including (2) onboard USB 3.0 headers.
