Would it improve preformance of my gaming to replace the CPU(Currently: AMD A6-5400k) to a AMD A10-6800k, or replace the GPU(Currently: ASUS EAH6570) to a GTX 750?

Solution
If you have to pick one, the GPU is probably better for a tight budget, but the AMD APUs aren't really good for use on PCs with discrete graphics since they are still pretty behind Intel on compute performance. In the long run, you're probably looking at having to do a full new build before too long, though the GPU can prolong the usage of your system, depending on your usage.

What games will you be playing?

A dual core will do fine for now if you overclock it.

I would go with a GPU but get on Ethan doesn't bottleneck your current GPU? Like an R7 Series or a 7xxx Series. But do not forget your PSU has to be able to provide enough power.
