Hi!

I have an eSata port on my case which I don't really use. So now I decided to use it as a power supply for LED strip lightning on my desk like this one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z88RGOtjRwE

As far as I know these babies work with 12V and eSata port has some pins for 12V.
Can anybody show me on a diagram which are + and - ?

Thanks a lot!

Presuming it's an eSATAp port (power eSATA: combined eSATA and USB), there's certainly a chance it has 12V lines seeing as it sounds like you're talking about a desktop computer (as opposed to a laptop).

Check this page, in particular the third diagram: http://www.addonics.com/technologies/euhp.php. According to that site, the "P12" "P13" are for the 12V lines apparently. I hope this at least helps get you on the right track.
