I just wanna ask if i can play watch dog on ultra setting
CPU : Intel Core i5-2400 CPU @ 3.10GHz
Motherboard : Gigabyte H77M-D3H
Ram : 8 gb
GPU : Radeon r9 280x Vapor-X

..
is the processor and motherboard affect much on gaming??

You have a good setup, but watch dogs is a poor game. Even the top 2% of setups have issues playing it on ultra

So if i playing other games like Assasin Creed,Battlefield,Crysis 3 on ultra it shouldn't have problem?

You will be able to play watch dogs, definitely. But to play on ultra you may have to download a mod to stop the stuttering, it's a mess
