Hey there! I'm having real bad issues with running BF4, my specs are pretty low end and here they are:
Specs:
-Intel Core 2 Quad Q8300 2.5GHz/ overclocked to 3GHz
-4GB DDR2 Memory @ 800MHz
-Asrock G31M-S R2.0 Motherboard
-CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper TX3
-MSI Radeon HD 6770 MD1GD5 / overclocked Core Clock 900MHz, Memory Clock 1230MHz
-1TB Hard Drive+1TB External HDD= 2TB
-Antec 500W NeoPower PSU HE500
-NZXT Phantom 410 Black Case

I start the game and its fine at Ultra Settings with MSAA turned off at a resolution of 1440x900, I get a nice 30 FPS+ but after 10 mins of gameplay I start getting these really bad lag spikes and it makes it totally unplayable. I also unparked my CPU cores but is there any other tweaks or any fixes out there that can make this problem go away? Thanks for taking your time to read this ;)

Try using GPU-Z to log your heat and frequency for the video card. Also make sure that the fans are all cleaned up and you have good airflow inside the case (maybe some cable management if you they are all scrambled).

I checked my GPU temps and at idle at I was at 39 Degrees Celsius (102.2F) and underload for 10 mins it would stay around 50's C. Also the case is tidy I did all the cable management properly and the air flow is fine

It's strange because the first minutes you say it works ok. This is in most cases a heat issue. Try Aida (!?) to check if the Cpu throttles down. Only in BF4 does this happen?

Yes this only happens in BF4, I can play GRiD 2 full settings no problem with lag 40+ FPS, Crysis 3, Minecraft. Also I downloaded CoreTemp and Prime95 for stress and ran Prime95 for 10 mins and didnt get over 55C for the CPU temperature. Im not sure what you mean by CPU throttling down (btw im on my other account)

I don't have another PSU around. Also yeah I have 2 2GB Ram Sticks which is 4GB together. Can upgrading RAM Help? My computer is shit I don't wanna spend more on it I'd rather build a new one. Plus its DDR2 2 4GB sticks for DDR2 Cost like $100+ Screw that I can get DDR3 8GB for $90

No, more ram would not help in my opinion, and faster you can't go. I was just asking to see if they are dual channel (you can see this in bios or cpu-z), but i think they are. Anyways it would not explain the drop in frames.
A new Psu can be used in a future computer too, i suggest you start here.
