I have a standard computer that I got from BestBuy. I upgraded the GPU and PSU!

Old GPU: Amd 7570
New GPU: ASUS GTX650Ti 1GB GDDR5 VRAM

Old PSU: Standard 460W stock power supply. Form factor is ATX.
New PSU: 750W UltraSP Form factor is ATX aswell.

I want to upgrade my motherboard and get a new GPU but I'm not sure if I could do this properly.
I have a GIgabyte Angelica2 Mobo and I'm not sure if these new parts would work with it, or if I could even upgrade the mobo.

I want to get these:

So my questions are:

Do I have enough power to upgrade to these things? (can I keep the same PSU [750W]?)

Will everything work together properly? (I have a AMD FX 8350 eight core CPU so I'm not sure if it will fit in the mobo slot, this also goes for the new GPU)

Will I get a massive performance increase?

Thank you guys, please look into these factors as I don't want to regret my purchases. Thanks in advance!

Those two items that you want to get are excellent.
ASUS Crosshair V Formula is the best possible AM3+ motherboard. The ASUS GTX 760 is a pretty good choice for a GPU.
The FX-8350 is also a great CPU.
I would not stick with you PSU.It's a Tier Five PSU,which means not recommended for a higher-end system. It may end up exploding because it's such a LOW quality PSU.REALLY LOW.
I would get a better PSU,like an XFX Core 650W,which will be more than enough for your system.
All the best. ;)

Could you possibly send some links to some good PSU's? Thanks for the solution!

What is your prefered site?
eBay? Amazon? PCPartPicker? Newegg? Or something else? :)

I'd say Newegg or Amazon, thanks.
