which FPS game to buy? modern warfare 3 or black ops 2?

i am really confused between these 2 games

1. call of duty : black ops 2
2. call of duty : modern warfare 3

my budget is limited to about rs1200[20$]

i have previously played battlefield 3 to the core!! i usually score 1st or 2nd in ranked match every time. i am actually new to multiplayer gaming only games i have played multiplayer are nf most wanted and battlefield 3 so kindly suggest accordingly...

please suggest any other game if you please :)

I WANT TO PLAY THE GAME STRICTLY FOR MULTIPLAYER SO ANSWER ACCORDINGLY... :) thank you in advance

I would seriously look at other game other than CoD unless you're wanting to buy a new version each year. As I mentioned, CS:GO is a really good candidate and is only $15

The COD black ops games are currently the most played COD games on steam. So as far as popularity goes, BO2. Personally, MW3 isnt as fun in multiplayer. BO2 offers more customization and fun modes like zombies. Get BO2. Although, BF4 is an overall better game...
