If you don't overclock why bother with a water cooler, get the noctua nd-d14 which is cheaper, silent, and same performance as a water cooler

Sorry my mistake, Cooler Master V8 GTS is Air Cooler. And it's cost 102$ (77€) and Noctua ND-D14 cost 113$(85€). Who is Better?

Definitely go for noctua it's a well known brand best of it's class in air cooling. The noctua fan design is superior and quieter.

What about PHANTEKS PH-TC14PE ? He is Cheaper and i think it's better than Noctua? :)

They are about equal and in contention for the best air cooler money can buy, 14PE can be 1C better in temps while D14 can be slightly quieter.

it's a non-K CPU, get the cheapest CM 212+ you can find and send me the difference in price. you won't notice the difference in performance

The difference is around 50€, but Performance is a little bit better with V8 GTS and Phanteks-TC14PE.
I ask the community what is better Phanteks-PH-TC14PE (78€) or Cooler Master V8 GTS (82€) ? I Didn't ask to use Cooler Master Evo 212. Please help between Phanteks and V8 GTS :)

I would go for the Phanteks, looks pretty good for an air cooler, if that matters to you.

If your looking for top of the class air coolers get the noctua you won't be dissapointed. I'm struggling to save some money for that cooler

I See, you're a smart guy! But in my country ( Serbia ) nocuta is Expensive. For example: Phanteks PH-TC14-PE - 78€ and Noctua NH-D14 - 130€. The diffrenece is small, for me, but i would like to save as much money. In any case, Thank you. :)
Any other Suggestion?

Between those two it's a small difference in performance, ~1C if I were you my next alternative would be Phanteks PH-TC14-PE. If you find phanteks fans to noisy you can always change them with noctua's fans in the future.

You're right bro.
I'll see maybe take a CM V8 GTS or Phanteks ( They are the same, they are the same but the V8 GTS is nicer and better looks in the computer )
