Hello everyone, i have a couple questions regarding my CPU temps, as they seem to be a bit high recently.

When playing GW2 wich is the most intensive game i have, were there could be an excess of 100+ player in my screen, my CPU temps seem to be around 63ºC and a max peak of 65º.
I play the game at preety much MAX settings (1080p).
Other games like Skyrim dont get it over 50/55ºC.

Should i be worried about 60ºC+ temperatures?
Or is it just time to replace thermal paste (has been about a full 1 year since i first placed my cooler).

PC specs:

Fx8350
Asus m5a97 2.0
Hyper tx3 CM
GTX650ti oc2
2x8gb kingston
Halfman 800W psu

Any reply is apreciated, thank you!

If its socket temp then 70 is the max but is always nice to keep it under 60. Could be a good time to clean the cooler and kick any dust bunnies out if their are any and put some fresh paste down. Mines been going 2-3 years on the same seating of cooler with cooler master thermal fusion 400 paste. Hope this helps you.

65 for hours at a time could be a bit worrying from a longevity standpoint...but you'll upgrade long before the CPU breaks down. Should be fine just dust regularly and keep things cool when you can (I.e crack a wimdow? Or put a fan next to the rig )
