Hi, so I'd really to buy a powerful good quality and cheap MOBO and CPU for gaming , it would be good if an expert could help me who can make sure that the CPU and MOBO are compatible with my PC. My budget is 350 euros. (280 pounds)

Here is my specs:

PSU: Corsair GS600 (600 W)
MOBO: Biostar; NF520D3, AM3, nForce520;
CPU: AMD Athlon II -250 X2 3.0 GHz
GPU: MSI GTX 660 2 GB GDDR5
RAM: Transcend; DDR3 4GB 1333MHz;

Well I know that Intel has better cores in their processors but lets say FX 8320 :/

With an FX-8320/8350,get an ASUS Crosshair V Formula Motherboard.
With an i5 4690K,get a Z97 chipset motherboard,like an MSI Z97 Gaming 3 or if you want one of the best mobos out today,ASUS Maximus VII Hero. ;)

I can make the choice for you. What will you be doing?
Gaming?
Image/video rendering?
etc.

Gaming

If you only game, then the i5 would crush the FX. if you do rendering, try the FX because of its abundance of cores.
I would recommend this:
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor ($239.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming 5 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($139.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $354.98
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

Cool , I'll probably get that , but I see that the Intel Core i5 4690K has integrated graphics, is that going to affect gaming with GTX 660? (Sorry if this is a dumb question, I'm a noob) and is my Corsair GS600 powerful enough to run this CPU and MOBO?

If you mean if it's going to bottleneck the GPU, then, no. You either use the IGP or the GPU. AMD has technology that allows you to Crossfire the GPU in a APU with a GPU but that's kinda counterproductive.

Ok, and is my Corsair GS600 PSU powerful enough to run the new CPU and MOBO along with all the other components? And my all time biggest issue: Is the part where the power button , reset and speaker pins are (I don't know what it's called) similar to my old mobo? ( Biostar NF520D3 )

Yes,the GS600 is powerful enough. ;)
Do you mean the place where the pins are or something else?

No that's not my problem :D , I want to know if it's different than on my old mobo , so that f.e.: my power button connector is incompatible with the connector on the mobo

They're all at the same spot... on the new mobos. The old ones might have different layouts.
