Gaming PC has a large topic and a small budget normally will equal spending more on upgrades in the future.

My current gaming rig costs €2000 and I am not finished yet.

For 45000 rupees you will get your graphics card + maybe a PC Case, again budget + gaming are not 2 things that work well together.

Get online start with Google and look at parts:

Processor
motherboard
Graphics
Ram
Case
Various SSD
Backup SATA Drive
Power Supply
Dedicated Sound Card (can do without but as a gamer you should buy one)

For your price your better of with a PlayStation or Xbox

nope, cause the prices in USA are not the same in INDIA, example : - a graphic card of 25000 rs in USA is 40000 rs in INDIA ( Bullshit Taxes)

Dude are you crazy ? , your PC is fucking 2 LAKHS !, i am a hardcore gamer but i think i can manage with a PC of 45000 rs . I know it may seem less to you, but for all i know most of my friends have PCs worth 60000 rs MAX

based on your price plus your taxes in your country you can only build a lowend/budget gaming rig within your budget

lets say your friends got an entusiast level gaming rig
they will go with lower reso so they can go on ultra settings
it will look like a high end gaming rig right?
