about the same price? NO, Radeon is cheaper but it's worse than Intel
Also include a SSD
Also I would prefer a i5-4690K, so you can overclock it
but if you don't have a budget limit--> GTX 780ti

You don't need a Z MoBo and an af cooler with a locked i5 as in your build. Remove the cooler, get a H97 MoBo, and use the bucks saved (~$30) in a better GPU like R9 280X from GigaByte. Will make a big difference in gaming.
Drop the Vengeance, they're big and bulky, have large heatspreaders, bit overpriced and heat up pretty quickly too. RJX will be an awesome choice. Everything else looks fine :)

Get a mid tower, drop the cooler, get a h97 board and use it to get a r9 280x, that will change your from from 'struggling on ultra' to 'comfortable on ultra

Almost any Mid tower will accomodate 2 extra fans!
PS: Get the Fractal Define R4 mid tower, $80 and everything (including 2 fans) will fit right :)

Yes that one is a good MoBo too (the D3H).

As for RAM, I'd recommend:
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($79.99 @ Newegg)

^Cheaper, better memory. Excellent heatsinks too :)

thankyou so much for all of your help :)  its been a life saver bro! and money saver ;)

If you can afford it, a Intel or samsung evo 840 series will be good

Glad to help!
And for the SSD, if your budget allows, then why not! Samsung 120GB EVO is the best around, but you may get a 64GB Sandisk just for OS (No games on it) if budget is tight.
IMP: Don't compromise with GPU for SSD :)

Looks like high-ultra 50+ FPS on latest titles in FHD, a very well balanced and superb gaming build to me :)

It'd be safe to say 60+ FPS on Ultra (Or more) and 80+ FPS on High on those games! Actually your build can play more demanding games (eg: BF4) on solid 45-55 FPS on Ultra or 60+ FPS on high. All these on FHD display.
