Hi there, I am looking for advice on which processor to get for my next build. I am mainly using it to run games on the Oculus Rift so I need something that wont slow down a high end graphics card for the next 2 years. It will need to render high fov 3d scenes at 75+ fps in 1080p initially and hopefully 1440p at low settings. I will also be using it for some beginning blender and ue4 work. I was initially considering the i5, but microcenter has the i7 for 274.04 with tax so I am wondering i it would be a worthwhile upgrade or not. I am also open to using the 8320 if that would not hurt the fps. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.
