today i OC my gtx 670 PE
mem clock + 600 and i run unigine benchmark and it stable so i add 16+mhz and it crash does it gonna reduce my gpu life span

Yes and no, it all depends on how the cooling system is in your PC. If you have a decent air cooler or you go as far buying a closed loop water cooler, you can achieve some decently high overclocks while maintaining a low temperature. In other words, heat kills your CPU. Keep it cool and the longer it'll last.

It depends on how you overclock it. If you use overvoltage you will increase the heat produced by the GPU, thus reducing the lifespan but if you have sufficient cooling to hold the temperatures down it should be negligible. Overclocking wihtout increasing the voltage is probably not going to have an impact on the GPU's lifespan.

If its getting to 79°C as a maximum during a stress test, then I'd say you're fine. You'll be considerably lower than that in most games, and its a safe temperature in any case. You'll want to replace the card for performance reasons in a few years, likely long before it succumbs to wear and tear.
